When you register you will receive via email.............

2. You will receive a list of all the service providers in your area and the area you are going to Owner Build in. This should save you a huge headache and many phone calls. Print it off as you require it or simply leave in your inbox for future reference.
3. You will also receive a regular newsletter keeping you up to date with the owner building industry ie. new grants, expected increases of any government fees etc., any new products, specials offered by our suppliers and information about prizes you could win.
4. We will supply you with a full copy of the building costs spreadsheet (excel format) which you can personalise for your project.
5. Being a member will also allow you to enter our regular competitions with prizes donated by our suppliers. The newsletter will tell you whats up for grabs and you can decide if you would like to enter (further details soon).

How to register
You don't have to be an Owner Builder to be part of this email service.
Send an email to the following link. Do not send us your postal address or telephone number, we actually don't even need your full name, just a nickname or first name. If you are renovating your existing home send us your postcode only. If you are building in another location then let us know that postcode and we will provide you a list of local suppliers/trades. If you have'nt decided where you are going to build then you can let us know later on so we can provide you with a list.
We do not give your email address out to anyone, you will not be contacted directly by any of our sponsors. You can unsubscribe for the newsletter by just sending us an email telling us to remove you from the list. Networking / Trade Swap:
One of the biggest problems I found was finding someone to give me a hand. As an owner builder second time around, all the relatives that helped out first time around were now unable to help. Friends also now had lives of there own, kids, work etc. I must say a special thanks to Darren of Anakie for his assistance throughout this project, I"'ll be there for ya Daza when you start your castle, anything to get me out of jail"
If we can achieve two people coming together and helping each other out over a couple of weekends that is what we aim to do here. The service you can provide will be printed on the left along with the area that you are located. The right hand column will list the services that you are after, which could be anything from labourers to book keeper. If you are owner building send us details of skills you can provide and in what area you might require a hand. Let us know where you are and we will help to match you up with other Owner Builders in your area to trade swap.
